MY Social Company (hereinafter “MYSC”) is a social innovation consulting-acceleration-impact investment organization established in 2011 and registered as an accelerator by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2018. Since then, it has formed its first investment fund in 2019, achieved approximately 220 investments by 2024, and is expected to form approximately KRW 101.1 billion in managed assets in the first half of 2025 (or is scheduled to do so). It has grown into a solid impact investment company and accelerator with a combined corporate value of approximately KRW 2.4 trillion in its investment portfolio.
We are currently recruiting new team leaders and deputy team leaders for the in-house corporate team to operate MYSC’s startup incubation program (acceleration program) . We are looking for people who are growth-oriented, find joy in helping others succeed, and are interested in creating a greater impact beyond their own scope through collaboration with colleagues.

Recruitment Overview
1. Recruitment position and number of people: 0 team leader level / 0 deputy team leader level
2. Position: Startup Accelerator
* Position will be discussed upon final selection based on relevant experience and capabilities (internal criteria judged based on relevance to MYSC work)
3. Recruitment Position: Researcher (Associate) / Senior Researcher (Senior Associate) / Consultant (Consultant), etc.
* Final selection rank determined based on relevant experience and capabilities (internal criteria judged based on relevance to MYSC work)
4. Work type: Various types of work can be negotiated
* Contract position (3-month training period, 100% salary payment, possible conversion to full-time position based on performance evaluation after 1-year contract)
* Full-time (those with the experience required to perform the job)
* Time-flexible system (including local resident remote work type), etc.
5. Salary: Internal regulations apply according to position (negotiation is required for career positions)
* Salary determined upon final selection based on relevant experience and capabilities (determined by internal standards based on relevance to MYSC work)
6. Workplace: 6th floor, Maryhere, 8 Yeonmujang 13-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (5-minute walk from Seongsu Station on Line 2)
* In case of local recruitment, reside in the area (negotiable)
7. Working hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), 8 hours a day (9:30-18:30, including 1 hour lunch and break time)
* Negotiable if time-selection system is used
8. Others: Provision of laptops and other work-related equipment
Position Introduction
1. Main duties (Detailed duties may vary depending on the experience and capabilities of the final candidate and the organizational situation.)
* Team Leader: Project Management – In cooperation with the group leader, overall project management and, when necessary, practical roles, team member resource identification and role distribution, team member growth support, etc.
* Deputy Manager: Project Operation – In cooperation with group leaders and team leaders, operate domestic and international social venture and startup acceleration fostering/support projects
